Even as one of the most prolific PoK rpers of the past, I will actually endorse this idea. If nothing else, change can be fertile ground for growing something new.

Do not lump my Kandarin in as a supporter of Npc rule, simply because a single administrator supports it. The administration of Kandarin, including myself, as far as I know, maintains the POK as is, and will until and after I can return to leadership.

This is a good idea, in a sense that it works. But what should it be done?
Well, Asgarnia is rules by the WK's npc leader, making the WK in charge (the group as well) Where does that lead the Asgarnia group? Well that depends, either They disband and join the WK, or they keep the group and just make an army/ council member, that are in charge of the kingdom second under the npc leader.
Giving up a POK to an NPC doesn't mean the end to a group, council members, lower ranks in charge, or military warriors can still run it in a different angle. Of course this would take away a very "important" factor of a POK, war. If a Kingdom was finally handed to the NPC, that means war would not be a thing anymore unless it is a guild/faction/organization invasion, but even there does give some problem, like should the invader be allowed to win? Or do they automatically lose even if they win?
Overall I agree POK should end, and have people on the side run it under the npc leader. This change will require a lot of thinking, and work to make possible, but it might be possible.
Asgarnia's administration is remaining in place OOC. Our purpose hasn't changed. We're still around to run Plots, and stimulate RP. The White Knights, Kinshra, and all other clans that call Asgarnia home are free to be involved, or not. We're just making sure Asgarnia remains a hub for people to come together, as Falador was before.
It just means we're doing less ruling class RP, and doing some more peasantry stuff. I already have a few characters in mind for stuff, and even then, my Noble is about too.
So in other words, we're not taking political power over the WK Icly. Or even directly under them intentionally. We're holding a purely OOC role of making sure Asgarnia is active.
Same as anyone else who wants to run plots there can, and has been able to.

Eli is not the only temporary leader of Ardougne and does not speak for his other half, me.
I am thrilled and slightly shocked that the community is set on fixing their flaws. However, I feel as if it is
inappropriate
for Eli and myself to support a movement under the name of Ardougne, seeing as it would otherwise void the group in which we are not the true leaders of.
As for the thread founder and Vekon, it is my personal assessment that mocking a community member, especially a notable one,
is not the way to spark community growth,
which is one of your supporting arguments against POKs. This behavior will only incessantly breed within our already dwindling world and turn away new coming community members.
Even with the removal of POKs, the political bickering will evolve into arguments on how an NPC would react to the fictional situations we create. I do agree that our community should focus more on smaller scale role-play, but as far as I am convinced, that would be best done under level headed leaders. Particularly, leaders who do not flame, threaten, harass, and generally obsess with their rivals.
