@Croco that's a rather defeatist attitude. It was not my intention to suggest for a moment that I was specifically against those types of stories just that I'd never encountered one I liked yet which I still like to assume is because I haven't seen very many examples.

Oh and I was also using it to challenge you into coming up with a really good plotline, to aspire to produce something really special (of which I have no doubt you are capable). Pushing people to present their best work has always been a hobby of mine on W42.

What's so defeatist about letting people enjoy the types of roleplay they log in for?

That doesn't apply here since I was trying to indicate that I was interested in finding out more about that type of RP. While I accept that there is an argument for tolerance I do wish people would take just a little more pride in the positive aspects of the things that they enjoy. If you enjoy it, it must have some value so don't be afraid to encourage other to get involved as long as you're not forcing them.

Don't worry by the way, you don't have to try and convince me if you don't want to.

I think you overestimate your influence and authority on this server. Pretty sure now I was stupid to say you weren't. Lol.

Um not I'm not overestimating it. Mainly because no where in that quote do I attempt to quantify my ability to affect things on W42. You can't overestimate the size of a building if you never actually say how big it is in the first place.
