Arilia is a small scale roleplay hub that focuses on civilian role-play with the occasional sidestep towards plot driven adventures. The idea behind this is that you log in, see if there’s people online wanting to roleplay and just get to it!

Adopting ideas from former attempts at a centralised roleplay hub, this group will be

using Jagex Canon

. This means that people have total freedom in acknowledging or ignoring everything that happens within this group. This also means that there are some minor requirements for getting this group to acknowledge another group as well. Please, read them well.

I'd love for other people to acknowledge the island of Arilia into their narrative and I'm always open for interaction between groups. So you can basically apply here and have your group displayed here to show that through Arilia, your group can be contacted too. Just fill in the following thing for me so I know what I am going to be working with. Within brackets are some examples.

To make sure interaction with this group goes smoothly, there’s some terms you need agree with, we're going by Jagex Canon after all. If you want to be a part of this, you’ll simply need to agree to the following things:

First of all there’s the story part. The island of Arilia is not on the actual map of RuneScape. It’s an uncharted island, claimed and build full of structures to create a trade outpost. The owner of this island is Daisy Lavelle.

on this roleplay. Though most if not all roleplay will be set in a private setting, we sometimes do things on the mainland as well. This is the part where we sometimes interact with characters and players who are linked to Daisy's POK past and are also part of a POK sphere of roleplay. When you join you’re required to at least acknowledge them when roleplaying. Your own personal narrative is free to altering any of these interactions had for the sake of keeping your story consistent.




Secondly I want this roleplay to be about humans specifically. Though there is more lenience towards races that are on par with the power level of that of humans, there will be no other races applied for the public part of this roleplay than the ones mentioned in the application or have opened up to be unlocked as part of Arilia. There's of course a chance to roleplay stronger races in plots or events.

By joining this group you basically Should there be any of those types of shenanigans, they will be voided from the story without room for talks. I’m in no mood to deal with your Mahjarrat in disguise.

Thirdly, interaction with Arilia is not a right. Just because it’s there does not mean you can do whatever you want with it, like attacking, placing buildings or joining without permission. Though the server population is low, I myself am not afraid to be picky . Those that are willing to simply talk things over and plan things with me are very welcome. If you do not wish to contribute to a safe, fun and casual environment for people to roleplay in, you’ll have no place here.

By joining this roleplay group you agree to never let your own personal needs get in the way of the groups’ dynamic.



For the last point I want to make absolutely 100% clear that by me and an admin team. Arilia is a hub which means it’s meant to enable encounters and casual events. You’ll get my help making sure everything runs smoothly but I will not be the one hosting things for you. Of course Arilia will have events of its own, but they will be random, sporadic and casual in nature due to my schedule.

By joining this group you agree to accept that there won’t be roleplay all the freaking time. You'll not force people to come online to interact with you 'or else' as well.

TL;DR

These terms and conditions of interaction can change in the future.I hope these four points are enough to:

- Make sure the story is not split in different canons.
- Make absolutely certain everyone involved is on the same power level (humans, etc).
- Make clear that dialogue and mutual understanding is key for enjoyment.
- Make people aware that it’s not meant to spoon-feed people roleplay.

If you join this roleplay group you will also be given the option to join a Discord sserver. This server is set up with a multitude of roles. The roles will be used to tag you when something happens in the roleplay group. This way, you can personalise the things you are able to be tagged for.
