At long last, the agreed deal between Asgarnia, Forinthry, and Tirannwn has come. The imports from Lletya have arrived, teleported in by threes to Falador Square, transported on wagons, lead by a single envoy and three guards. Several rounds of these were teleported in to Falador, each trundling their cart up in to the castle and then leaving empty. The crates were opened, the comparatively-worthless trade goods removed, the false bottoms opened and the armaments taken. Asgarnia has received a swathe of crystal weaponry used and re-sung from the Great Divide and the Elven Civil War. In exchange, Tirannwn and Forinthry have received unique Dwarven schematics and ore promissory notes equivalent to the worth of nearly 10M gold, to be delivered over time as recompense for the arms, in a 70-30 split.

Over the course of the next 5 days, Asgarnia's military will be familiarizing itself with these weapons in secret.

imagine a fractured nation with only 2 cities left and it's mines captured having 10 million gold sitting around to buy crystal weapons for an entire army when most nations that were completely stable and wealthy typically couldn't afford to maintain a large standing army let alone blow absurd amounts of gold on better kit for this standing army

Insert thinking emoji.

-Promissory notes, not physical items. Blueprints and schematics, as well. No physical gold traded.
-Specifically stated "to be delivered over time"
-Largest mine is literally under the city
-We've control of the major lore cities, with the only ones occupied and controlled by not-the-kingdom being landscaled ones that can honestly just go on forever, there's nothing stopping others, or us, from just going "oh yeah there are these [random city names] too" and so they aren't factored in

If you'd like to talk things out further, please see me in-game, otherwise don't post nitpicking comments structured as flamebait, thank you.

So let me get this straight, The Elves in Tirannwn, have decided to give an ARMY worth of crystal to two kingdoms, going against A LOT of in-lore supply on their crystal, but also giving it to a faction that god is against the opposite's god....... Yup Tirannwn no longer have that much crystal and the supply is on a huge demand. And they given it to an factino that might attack.

Rip the Elves.

Two kingdoms? What? No, it was ferried through Forinthry, it wasn't given to Forinthry. Forinthry was involved because the elves are unfamiliar with the human kingdom's teleports, and weren't going to risk trying to teleport the arms there directly in case they wind up *anywhere.* As for the rarity of their crystal, that lore was established all pre-Seren's return. I imagine that now, they're able to resupply lost seeds because it comes from Seren. The reason the arms supplied are specifically from the Great Divide and the Elven Civil War is because those weapons shed elven blood, they're considered blood-crystal now and aren't wanted. This is also Tirannwn starting to open its borders up to the rest of the world, as was started when the World Guardian was welcomed in to Prifddinas.

Ok, first, why would it go through the wilderness. That would take longer. Second; yes, I know the lore I know about Tirannw opening it's border. Blood crystal or not it's still supplies and something they would keep. And no.... Seren doesn't just pop up supplies like that, they are still supplies that are limited. They used to collect those supply of crystal through the world gate via their homewold. Seren only provided the city. If they "blood crystal" would be thrown out like that, then the same can be said to corrupted ones that are mined.

I'm sorry but I don't agree with this concept of idea, and it doesn't work out in any way.

The evening of the change in leadership a group of East Falador militia veterans gathered at their regular meeting place in the Falador Party room. Frowns filled the table as an older grey-haired man spoke ill of the repeated change in leadership over the past years. Occasional nods of agreement followed the frowns they carried as further points were made.

As the nights went on the men felt more and more patriotic. Plans were made for each man to carry their ideals forth and reignite the spark that pushed the Asgarnian people to commit to true goodness. Hushed overtones filled bars, shops, and houses in the eastern Falador districts, sowing the distaste of the current state of Asgarnia throughout a heavy group of true Asgarnians.

Perhaps it was time for the East Falador Militia to rise once more to wrest control of the faltering Asgarnia, only time will tell. As for this point in time, only words were carried, and actions only a possibility of the future.
