On 33 Rintra, Year 7 of the Sixth Age , Acolyte Miraleigh Reese and Lydia Everetts were called to the castle at 4:53 PM. Arriving to a crowd of weary but thankful civilians and Knights in the courtyard, the two were escorted through the castle to the second floor balcony, where King Jeoffrey stood waiting. For once in his life he was dressed for the part - Glorious white armor, a crown upon his head, and actual Crownsguard around him. After a witty quip about burning the attire when this was over, he announced they would be receiving awards and titles for their excellent work in the Tanelyx invasion. Harrowed and guilty though they may be, Jeoffrey's stern glare encouraged them to step up to the balcony and let the ceremony under way.
Lydia Everetts was formally and officially knighted - She'd been loopholed around the White Knight system and taken in to the Temple Knights without having been recognized as even an Initiate, and so Jeoffrey put at end to that. She is now officially and properly a Knight of Asgarnia, Sieur Lydia Everetts, and while it has no real effect on her or how she may operate, with hope it'll change the way she feels about herself. She was then awarded a Medal of Valour and she stared lifelessly out to the crowd as it cheered.
Miraleigh Reese was given a Medal of Honor for her fantastic management of the White Knights in the face of a Tsutsaroth demon spawning in the midst of their ranks. She visibly flinched when Jeoffrey took a moment to respect those she couldn't maneuver out of death, but accepted her medal
