This letter would be distributed throughout Asgarnia via the traditional means of town criers and newspaper stands, taking a bite from Misthalin's style. Shortly afterwards, the King would spend far less time in the castle
as if he didn't already do that
, taking frequent excursions in to the surrounding countryside and beyond. In his absence he'd leave the Chancellor and a hand-picked Knight for management and daily kingdom duties, returning only at the end of an excursion or when sorely needed. Some habits die hard - He's hunting.
OOC Notes:
This is officially the next large plotline I'm bringing to Asgarnia, following Jeoffrey's advancement in his own personal storyline. The idea is to put far less emphasis on castle-centric play and encourage people to branch out across Asgarnia, playing a variety of characters from surviving Servii out in the wild, Knights disillusioned with the King's admittance of using dark unknown magics, and veterans celebrating the proclaimed death of the Sicarius.
Of course, something like this needs a disclaimer; Acknowledging the canon divergence that happened last year, such a thing as this is confined exclusively to the canon that
this group
operates in. There is no reaching across the aisle to try and antagonize people who aren't under my umbrella - Rather intentionally, character names were not spoken with this in mind, regardless of the histories being the same.
I look forward to seeing how we take this story going forward!

They think they are "the many", and I "the few". They think this gives them the right to walk over me.
