You would be correct, lead by Archduke Aegidius Blackwood, the area is govern by his daughter, Katliyn Blackwood as Lady Steward all control by the Crown of Kandar.

Ok, I've read it all just give me a moment to sort it all out. Many thanks for all the contributions! You guys ever thought of calling it 'New Kandar/Kandarin'?
