I've been here for years, rarely have I seen Poc/Pok leaders do much in terms of bringin activity to the world. Funny thing is, your Sennus Camelot run was probably the best in the past few years. Theres no denying that the current leaders are lackluster to say the least. People are afraid of war, but honestly aren't wars, battles, skirmishes the best way to add interest and a large amount of people to a role-play? I'm not saying "Hey everyone, lets all go out and kill each other." Because thats obviously not the full potential of RSRP. Now, if pixel hoggers leaders don't want to interact with each other through combat, they need to come up with some more interesting plots/events. Not someone standing up from their throne gloating about themselves for thirty minutes and handing out hollow promises of activity. If this wasn't a real problem within the community then there wouldn't be people vocalizing their opinions about it. The server needs a change, before everyone just gives up on the game completely.

If something doesn't change then the community will never grow. At the end of the day we all need to work together and give everyone a chance. Whether it be at leading or not. Theres too many people who want to blacklist the rest of the community because of OOC BS. It's really just that simple.

Now maybe we don't necessarily need this "one guy" to control the server. But at least a thread designated to whats hot and whats not. Who's being active and creating a quality RP atmosphere, compared to who's just claiming land to be the King of something. Spartae's FC was a good start, but we still need more. There's too many people who come up to me asking "Wheres the RP at? Does anyone ever RP on this world? Why is there no freelance?"
And all I can say is join my group or whatever group I'm affiliated with. The Cool Kids Hate Me.

That wasn't the point I was trying to make, at all.

EDIT: Although my last post did seem I was saying that. I meant for any type of group leader. But nowadays every major group owns a plot of land, so. The Cool Kids Hate Me.

OOC BS makes up a large amount of it. I don't take kindly to people who harass my clan members, though I'm in no position to do anything but shake a cane at the young'ins. But to many people? I've given second, third, and fourth chances and they are still the quality of people who make the idea of a fun hobby go sour.

These people, not the rulebreakers, but bitter people who stalk my facebook, give thinly veiled threats, spread graphic pictures of a friend to his family, and push other friends to heavy drinking? That's my blacklist.

Rotten roleplaying can be tutored. But I have no patience to deal with rotten attitudes.

I am more than happy to continue not interacting with the people who exist to harass others and hardly perform any real role-playing; if that is called blacklisting then so be it
