But say for example, my character wants to own a mine. Or some Dwarves plan to inhabit Keldagrim and we need the mines.

Since Land Claims aren't existent, nobody can really own anything.

Can someone own a "fictional" version of something using the model of a place for it.

For Example.

If I were to own "Tonrak's Trees, Christmas Tree Farm."
Could I use McGrubors Wood to do it?

Yes but Landscaled.

I'm rephrasing this. The plot of land that Brock owns, being McGrubor's Woods, is the Lore McGrubor's Woods. He owns that location.

If you wanted to use McGrubor's Woods OOC'ly for Mr. Schmitty's Winter Wonderland, you could, but the plot of land that would be used for that could be located anywhere in all of Gielinor. "The Truth about Bob Ross; he's immortal. Even when he's dead he has a LIVE stream."

That's where Landscaling is very confusing. I feel Buildings like the Golden Apple Tree, Falador Party Room, Mining Guild, and stuff that are big like that cannot be landscaled as their unique. "The Truth about Bob Ross; he's immortal. Even when he's dead he has a LIVE stream."

I agree with Salvyn. Specific locations should not be landscaled without permission. And a note of advice, always get permission to landscale. Let's please take this discussion ingame. My thread is for the company.

Nameless Caves and Mines can easily be landscaled. H.A.M base could easily be landscaled. But something that there is one of, that makes it unique, like Falador Castle, should not be landscaled. "The Truth about Bob Ross; he's immortal. Even when he's dead he has a LIVE stream."
