Would come walking forth carrying a suitcase... His button up shirt would be very tight and seem to be on the brink of snapping open... right... the now sun-glassed figure would then proceed to open his briefcase and offer the one or representative of Avery the following to be placed in production granting them a percentage of any returning profit.*

*Alrekr white porcelain coffee mug with "the beard" written upon it.
*Alrekr action-figure with burping action upon being squeezed.

Question Brock,

With land claims gone, does that mean the places you have under Land Claims are more, "Land-Scaled" in a sense that, multiple people can now own a certain location, but IC-wise they're different locations.
