*Rena and Cas descended the stairs, glancing about them for signs of danger. The Mining Guild lay just south of their position, and they eagerly made their way over to it, looking for anything that may assist the rebel forces. Once inside, they were amazed at all the precious metals in the region; mithril, iron, and coal. They made their way back through the guild, and were on the verge of ascending the ladders when they stumbled upon a resource dungeon. Inside that resource dungeon lay, perhaps, the fate of the rebellion. They quickly set to work.*

Your property is being tresspassed in by people working against an ally. Castigo has expressed that until you contact him, he will behave as if no resistance is being put up to stop his rebellion from entering. I'd appreciate you getting in contact with him to discuss this.

*A sooty letter arrived at Avery Enterprises headquarters, written in scribble on the back of a cover page for a book.*

Dear Mister Avery,

Eastern Falador has declared its independence, and with it comes a new transitional period as it struggles to assert said independence from the granite slug Evilemon, and retake this glorious city for Saradomin. During the early period of independence, members of our militia visited your properties in the Artisans' and in the Mining Guild. Rest assured, we presented ourselves in small numbers, and of those who visited, only I was armed. We have no intention of claiming or taking control of your properties, although we would be delighted to be allowed use of them to aid our cause. Indeed, we wish the best for Avery Enterprises, and would be delighted to meet with a representative to discuss a possible alliance.

Sincerely,

~Castigo, Eastern Falador Rebel

Some things are just too important to be conveyed through mail. This was the Kharidian's thoughts as he looked at the paper listing prices before him, another sheet of parchment to the left of that one filled with calculations on how much he'd be spending.

He hadn't believed they could exist until he'd seen the ones north of Falador, and heard of another at the recent takeover of Falador. How useful they would really be was something that only history could reveal, but it was going to be worth the effort if he didn't go broke in the process.

Which it looked as though he really might.
