Delivered via Giant bat, would be a scrolled. delivered directly to Brocks place of business. It would have the Draculean Seal on black wax on the scroll while also being tied with a crimson red silk ribbon. Upon opening it would read inside.

A Letter is delivered by hand directly to Brock Avery by one of Jason Ryder's Rangers. The letter would be addressed SPECIFICALLY to Mr. Brock Avery of Avery Enterprises. The Letter would be written in fine, neat text and would read:
“Dear Mr. Brock Avery:
Good day, Mr. Avery. I am Sir Drake Nexus, Commander of the Knighthood, and I speak to you on behalf of Lord Jason Ryder of the Knights of Asgarnia and our loyal and brave Knights. Unfortunately for us, Port Sarim is laying a duty on all of our imports despite our attempts to negotiate with them, and Port Sarim is the only city in all of Asgarnia with a dock large enough to sustain trade for us.
In order to solve this problem, we would like your company to build a large, well-fortified dock just north of Rimmington for our use. The dock should be outfitted with fortifications that allow our elite Rangers to defend it from any attackers, and so that we may place cannons to defend it from attacking ships. Additionally, we would like you to build a one hundred and fifty foot high tower on Mudskipper Point that is equipped with two Dwarven cannons and three fixed guns. This tower is to be protected with both land and sea walls.
Our current budget for this project is set at two and a half million gold coins. It is only to be used for the purpose of the dock and tower. After your company has drafted a design for the dock and tower, please write back to us with your estimation as to how much this will cost. We would very much prefer to stay within our budget, but we will be willing to pay more if necessary. We are looking forward to hearing back from you, Mr. Avery. It is a pleasure doing business with you and your company.

- Item(s) Wanted: Enough gunpowder to fill two trawlers as well as some sheets of cheap metal to be lowered into a trawler hold, the metal casing would then be filled with the powder, It needs to have a metal roof put on it after they are filled with cannon powder. It should have a small rounded opening about the size of a small plate. It then needs a watertight cover to place in that opening.

Dear Mr. Avery,
I have caught word of your services and I have been told you may be able to help me out with transportation. Along with this letter is the fare to my destination, further payment will be given without problem if needed. In atleast a day I am to be in Port Sarim, awaiting the trip. My name is Lionel by the way, I shouldn't be too difficult to spot.

Brock, Incase I am not able to deliver this message personally, It is your friend Eden Syvian. I've met this man in the Rising sun today and I believe he's doing some research for god knows what on Karamja, He'll probably have a few others with him, scholars and all that sort. He seems trustworthy and genuine, doubt you'll experience any problems with him.

EDIT: OOC: Add 'L M Ikarus' by the way if you haven't already.
