Thing is**** claims on Kandar land would be more wont like owning a house within the POC rather than a separately owned territory. Thus it is still Kandar land. Tom ~ Player of Oliver II, King of Kandarin, Prince of Albamonte, Prince of Camelot, Keeper of the Legacy of Baxtorian and Vanguard of Armadyl.

Yeah, I know some people have horrible lives. I get it. But wouldn't that make you want to relax instead of freaking out about everything.

With things to do with land, you always should give some notice beforehand.

People get jittery if not. Considering it's on Kandarin land, I feel I'm well within my right to proceed with my character's actions regarding his claimed land as I see fit.

The whole recognizing Brock's land as his clan's OOC claim was abolished, from what I understand, when the community agreed to abolish land claims. Technically speaking, his clan did not own that land, mine did; it was granted by lease by the Kingdom, the Crown ultimately owns all property within it's own Kingdom.

Here's my thoughts on this.

Claims do require a warning before taking, but I do feel that specific claims void that, such as claims double-claimed.

Example: A person owns a house which resides in a Kingdom. The Kingdom should give an eviction notice but could easily just kick the person out without warning.

Edit: Draz, I don't see it as a lease. What I see it as is as if he owns the mine within the Kingdom. It remain's the Kingdom's land, as it resides upon Kandarin land, so Kandarin has full right over that mine unless the mine is sovereign from the Kingdom. "The Truth about Bob Ross; he's immortal.
