All Avery Enterprises properties and goods within the nation of Kandarin have been seized, with the open locations being occupied by the Armed Forces, including the Avery Vault. Any additional details can be discussed in-game!

I look forward to the roleplay that follows!

I trust that was cleared with Brock OOC? With warning and everything? One man's trash is another's treasure, and one man's cash buys another's pleasure.
So I'll rob from the cradle, and I'll rob from the grave; it's just human traffic, and I'm just a slave.

Avery Enterprises is a private corporation, not a sovereign entity, so I imagine Drazker's well within his rights to seize the resources extant on his own territory. Tom ~ Player of Oliver II, King of Kandarin, Prince of Albamonte, Prince of Camelot, Keeper of the Legacy of Baxtorian and Vanguard of Armadyl.

That's IC. OOC, it's a clan that holds areas of land just like any POC.

If a guild of tailors laid claim to the flax field and Draz wanted to take it from them, he'd need to give warning.

It holds the land as private property upon the sovereign territory of Kandarin. Like owning the house, but not the land it sits upon**** claims do not separate the territory on a sovereign scale from the territory which is belongs to on a geopolitical scale. Doesn't matter. The claim is an OOC one, and OOC claims are all equal. Its IC status is what gives Kandarin the right to seize lands within its territory IC. But OOC, as the land is held by another, warning is necessary. This is textbook stuff, I shouldn't have to explain it.

I'd say a notice should've been given, but since it's already done, who cares?

Yeah, who gives a **** about enforcing the rules that are set up to ensure everyone is treated fairly? You'd have to be dumb to want that. And hell it's not like anything that was done was then undone in roleplay, right?

Of course, Brock does have an alternate option. If he wanted, he could accept Kandarin's seizure of his property. Then, wanting to get revenge and working off the principle that 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend,' he could show up to the battle later on the side of the Sicarius. Of course, this would mean showing up with all his boys.

And one does not come to own the mineral rights to 90% of Gielinor without having 'boys' on a scale most could only dream of.

Chill out, man. It's a roleplay, stop taking it so seriously.

Because why would one take a method of escape for a few hundred people who need a method of escape from whatever horrors they have to deal with IRL (and people here have some nasty **** to deal with IRL) seriously?

Might as well let the rules all go to **** - it's only roleplay!

EDIT: Going out for a bit, so don't expect a quick reply.
