EDIT: Do you mean Ali as in the NPC? Because I'm pretty sure that's abusing and powerplaying an NPC in order to gain IC advantage.

Currently there is no IC leader of Al Kharid and therefore who can decline us from getting our land back?
As I said, please speak to Brock Avery for any issues or concerns.

Just my input on this matter. When there is no IC leader, it's customary to revert back to the leader-by-law to save complications. However some people chose to ignore it and say there's no leader which is equally fine.
But the real question is this: If there is no leader of Al Kharid, who's there to stop AE from reclaiming the land they once held?
Well, the Kharidian people themselves would be wont to be resistant to foreign colonial pursuits.

I understood that up to ''resistant to''. I think you mean, in english, that the Kharidian people may not like it that AE have taken the land. What I advise is that you perhaps see if that's the case in-charater and see if people actually care and go from there. As OOC hate isn't going to do much for you, Tom.
Edit
Just a note. You may want to take this in-game as this has the potential to become useless spam on the thread of which I'm sure Brock doesn't want. So I'll stop posting on the matter here. Feel free to confront me in-game about it, not sure why you would though.
I'll join Salvyn in saying talk to Brock in-game instead of the continuous posting here.

By the way, my talking about the NPC giving us permission was a bit of Salvyn Trolling. For you all to know, Avery Enterprises hires people from the lands native to the mines owned to mine, getting money into the economy of said location and keeping the economy stable while making the Company money. What is not seen is that we merely keep less than half of the profits of the mines due to the fact of supporting the specific location.
Greasewell, I was told Nyiur stepped down.

Don't you know anything about some good ole' Kharidian Nationalism?
Was apart of HB3K and RADBAD. Please google that last one, I want it to be seen.
So on the matter for the mines. Brock and I had a lovely chat. They are still in Al-Kharidian procession.
Tom, I know you don't like Brock. But don't drag Al-Kharid into it. Pretty please?
