The joke is that he thinks this will stop bots. I think pretty much any casual RS player could assure him that this is not the case - bot farmers will simply use stolen cards to pay the admission fees.

i remember a few years ago, people assumed he use to play runescape or did play runescape as he put "trollheim" in his twitter bio or locations or something

i think this now sums it up he did not play runescape. lmao
