I honestly dont get Threads. It's nothing new, nothing innovative, just a complete rip off of Twitter with a slightly new UI. Their data rules are concerning too. Reports out today that anybody who signed up to Threads now can't delete their profile without totally deleting their Instagram profile either - that's one way to "keep" you there I guess.

In terms of their offering, it literally offers nothing above and beyond Twitter except the person who runs it and maybe some policy differences. :S
