Recently just finished a rewatch of Stargate Atlantis and just started SG1 - no idea why I've done it in that order.

I don't think I've ever watched any of the Stargate TV series, but I remember the film being pretty good.

I started season two of
Yellowjackets
last night, good to see they've kept the momentum going from S1, still loving it.

I've only watched the first two episodes of Silo, I'll probably wait til all episodes are available as I usually do .

I finished S2 of Yellowjackets and it managed to keep me interested. I think S1 was better because it was fresh but the story is progressing nicely.

I fancy a film tonight - I might give J
ohn Wick 4
a try, though I've heard it's pretty much just three hours of fighting... and that's the thing I didn't like about JW3.

Now that it's streaming on Disney+, watched
Avatar: The Way of Water
.

As with the first movie, the story is not particularly complex or nuanced, but really doesn't need to be - it's an absolute feast for the eyes. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and barely noticed the 3 hour runtime.

I watched a great film last night:
The Invisible Man
(2020)

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1051906

Starring Elisabeth Moss, it's a modern (and very different) take on the story told from a different perspective, and some edge-of-your-seat scenes, highly recommended.

I just finished watching Guy Ritchie's
The Covenant
2023 on Amazon prime. Its very good.
edit to add: To put it simply its about a US army sergeant and his interpreter surviving a trek across dangerous terrain and the events afterwards

I loved The Covenant, far from what you normally expect from Ritchie and really tense.

I started watching a horror film that was so awful I can't even remember the title :P
Turned it off after an hour and watched some episodes of Mad Men.

The Host 2006, really good Korean horror film. Seems to be a lot of parallels with the covid pandemic. The age of chivalry is gone; that of sophisters, economists, and calculators has succeeded, and the glory of Europe is extinguished forever.

Haven't seen that in a long time, loved it at the time.
Bong Joon Ho is a genius, so many great films.
