Watched House of The Dragon, episode 5 last night.
A decent episode if a tad slow.

I suspect there's something really big happening next week.

Over the weekend Saturday I watched
The Grand Tour A Scandi Flick.

https://www.imdb.com/video/vi3362243097/

All I can say is without spoilers is WOW.

I really did enjoy it. More then I thought as the last 1 was a damp squib. This 1 is much better and for Me well worth watching.

I watched the 4K/Dolby Vision remaster & Re-release of
Poltergeist
last night.

This new release looks and sound stunning and the film itself is just as good as I remember it, it's aged well.

I finally watched the first season of
Yellowjackets

Its quite good imo and I am looking forward to season 2.

I really like the look of that but I don't think it's available anywhere in the UK yet, I'll definitely be looking out for it.

All I watched last night was a few more episodes of
House
.
After having misgivings about it when I first started, I'm really enjoying it.
I love Hugh Laurie's dry wit.

Watched
John Carter
(2012) last night, for the first time.

Oh dear. Based on a book by Edgar Rice Burroughs, this could/should have been an epic science fiction movie, but it's badly let down by some distinctly wooden acting. Looks good though.

Don't get me wrong, there are far worse ways of spending a couple of hours, but it's not a movie I'll be going back to.
