Fox and Dominion settle for $787.5million lawsuit. Despite this lawsuit fox still remains the #1 cable news network. Do you think this was a good settlement? I feel like this is a fair settlement for both sides, fox news pays up for the lies it told on air while dominion gets their money for defamation. I need my blue charms back.

It isn't exactly a revelation that Fox News airs untruthful and dishonest content for financial gain. The difference is that this time, somebody actually stood up to Murdoch. It was an open-and-shut case. Low on bank space? Click here .

yeah definitely

hopefully this will show that fox news is not trust worthy at all. and people will stop trusting it as any type of source of information, but i doubt it, as its like a cult.

also as it was settled. it means fox dont need to acknowledge it and apologise for lying etc. in a way they got away with it in some sense.

Do the crime, pay the fine.

And Fox have a second trial coming up for accusing another company of the same thing, so expect them to try to settle that one too.

I think the rich can get away with anything they want, if the punishment is a fine.
I also think it's good that the world is headed in a direction that values truth, as that'll be a major concern when AI becomes mainstream (it practically already is) for fact checking etc. Bob says:
