It is exceedingly unlikely at this point that Covid will ever be eradicated. Infection numbers don't matter anymore as long as hospitalizations and deaths remain low.
It can be stopped, just only a few methods will work, rest the methods will fail due to the reason covid 19 became a world event for these reasons;

Truth is was easy to stop it, even before vaccines;
1. close airports to save lives vs Greed
2. variants to further push airports/travel to be closed to prove $$$ can be put 2nd and lives #1....again we failed
As you see, we allowed the combination lock of covid 19 of variants to mix further delaying the end. for what? $$$ or saving lives?
Few places were smart, rest were daft.

Given motives, i'm 100% sure that is a lie, the truth is being hidden. if 10 people went to the hospital and 6 were unvaccinated and 4 were, it's still too close to a tie to prove anything.
vaccines claim they are 95% effective but how do you measure such on a 2-4% bad case ratio vs poor health/other factors. All i can say is, i hope this 'gamble' was worth it. Everyone removes masks even at 100% of world vaccinated that per 1% that can still fall ill is 79,000,000 people which would blow the doors off all hospitals world wide.
But yeah, i perfer to plan ahead then stake all my chips, we bet 2 years +.......we bet billions of dollars in vaccines which will help btw, i'm not against them but to bet these 'chips' now is to return to stage 1 - back 2 years of fighting this, square 1 is near.
FYI, thank the unvaccinated btw, if we all had the shots, everyone world wide would be not waering masks and that would lead to same amount of cases as vaccine is not 100% nor 100% on preventing bad cases.
There is 7,900,000,000+ people or so on this earth, be smart. 1% as stated above is still outweighing. If they plan to play the chips....so be it, i withdraw all my warnings.
People of today vs Me = collusion course, even if i know what happens next, i see zero point in raising the red flag. i'll just get depressed further as people die as todays people have lost all skill sets in saving lives
Plus spiritual people like me are deemed delusional by 99% of people, so i see to point sharing what i truly know of covid 19. I lost faith in people, are people really worth saving? i give up. i'm going to just watch people fall into the trap, no point in stopping their choices. people won't change for the better.
