I've just been shopping on Amazon and got 200+ mixed Crocus.

I've also got 50 Aconite Bulbs and 100 Snowdrops. I have a nice corner for them to go in.

@Haukur. I might when Spring is here. Just looking for bulbs I can plant now in the grass. As in did a hole pop in blubs put sod back ontop.

Hopefully now or early next week I'll have enough bulbs to fill in the 2/3's grass I didn't do last year. Looking forward to it but my back is sore all ready lol.

We decided to grow pumpkins this year. There's two that have grown and they're both small and yellow...

I think we might need a bigger plot if we do them again next year. They're like big grapefruits :P

So nice to have this topic covered in here... ^_^

My humble contribution to it: is in a couch in front of these beautiful plants that I normally play Runescape when the weather is nice :)

Congrats on the lemons.

I planted an apricot stone in a pot of compost and have it on the front verandah but nothing has happened so far. Was there anything I should have done to make it grow ? A gardener I am not.

Did you just toss the pit in there? Apparently you're supposed to crack the pits open to retrieve the seeds.

I guess they can also take around 4-6 weeks to sprout.

No. That`s where I`ve gone wrong. Will bring the pot in now and try again on the kitchen windowsill. The weather will be too cool now to leave it outside. Thanks for your help though. I think I would have been waiting a long time for that one to grow. :D
