Some where I have one floating around. Need to organize my recipie tins, rolodexs, and cook books. Think that will be a winter job.
Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.
Ekki hugsa alltaf að ég sé friðsælt vegna þess að ég veit ekki hvernig á að vera ofbeldi.
Made some great salmon the other night with rice and asparagus!
---
1 pound salmon fillets
¼ cup butter, melted
5 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon dried dill weed
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
---
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.
Step 2
Place salmon in the baking dish. Mix the butter and lemon juice in a small bowl, and drizzle over the salmon. Season with dill, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.

Today after watching a cookery show on TV. The idea came to me that I've not had a home made rice pudding.
So I had all the bits in to make 1 and guess what. 1 is in the oven and be ready in 2 hours.
Get a big dish.
Add some rice.
Add some milk.
Add some sugar.
Pop in a low over 150c 2 hours. Stir a few times.
I can't wait.
Me Granny use to make it in a similar way - it was bliss in a bowl.
NB
1. must be pudding rice not long grain rice.
2. Grated nutmeg and a few blobs of butter on on top before going in the oven.

All I'll say is the cooking time varies pretty heavily, especially if you like it more on the rare side. I recommend keeping a very close eye on it

Ho, I didn't notice it until now. I prefer my fish not so rare though. I'll keep my eyes peeled on this for the next time I find salmon on sale.
