It smells nice so far.

Vanilla sponge cake and first I've made in quite a while.

Baking a cake part 2.

Having another go and this time it should turn out much better.

Fingers crossed in 30 mins or so's time.

Enjoying this air fryer.

The cake turned out ok. Still not perfect so I'll keep trying. The real bakers make it look so easy so I follow them and mine looks nothing like theirs lol. Well not at the moment.

I had a disaster yesterday. See if you can spot the bad Cheese and Onion pasties.

Todays batch were a lot better.

Yesterdays pasties were a total failure. Todays is much better and they look so yummy. Having them with Heinz baked beans with sausages.

They were nice but something looks odd. I may have to use white onion instead of red. It doesn't look good inside. I need to perfect it for next time.

I'll make some more soon as I like them.

Nope. Had to Google that and not something I would use.

That was yesterdays tea. Not all of it but a slice.

It's home made lasagne. The best I've made yet. I'm getting good at making this. Just needs a little more spices and it will be perfect.

Was yummy with salad and tomatoes.
