I reckon Tuffty is like the best cook in the world.

Thank you. I did cooking at School. 1 of 3 boys in the class of 28 lol. I loved it at school.

Just a shame I did nothing with it back them as I could have been another Gordon Ramsey lol. Just better.

Not sure what I'm baking next. I'll post pictures though.

This looks delicious. I'd have one with a glass of milk :D

They were nice. So simple to make and can be made with a few ingreadients.

I buy them in town at £1.20 each and can made 9 for less then £2. Bargain....

Wow your quite the baker Tuffty. I've never done much in the way of baking, I mainly just cook.

But Lemon Meringue Pie has to be one of my favourite desserts, I haven't had it for ages.

I didn't watch the whole YouTube video but I might if I want to make this recipe myself.

Something I have been eating the past few days.

Fried Green Tomatoes

4 large green tomatoes

2 eggs

½ cup milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup cornmeal

½ cup bread crumbs

2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

1 quart vegetable oil for frying

Cut the tomatoes into a 1/4 inch slices and discard the ends ( I toss them onto my compost heap). Whisk eggs and milk together in a medium-sized bowl. Scoop flour onto a plate. Mix cornmeal, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper on another plate. Dip tomatoes into flour to coat. Then dip tomatoes into milk and egg mixture; dredge in breadcrumbs to completely coat.
Heat oil in a large deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place tomatoes in hot oil in batches of 4 or 5, to prevent them from touching; fry until crisp and golden brown on one side, then flip and fry on other side.
Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

4 x Yorkshire puddings done in the oven.
Portion of Cauliflower, Broccoli and Carrots.
Mashed potato. Show bought.

Just made a Rhubarb pie and never made 1 since I was in school a few years back.

I'd post the recipie but I never followed 1. I winged it. :P

Just for the record. It was yummy. I'll be sure to make it again when I can pick more rhubarb. Might be the last pick though.
