There are a lot of them, but if they ask me to review how good an individual was (for example, you contacted BT and spoke to someone) I'll usually take a minute to fill one in.
I worked in customer support for a large company and a sizeable chunk of my salary was performance/review rated.
Obviously that only applies if you were happy with the outcome. If I wasn't happy I'd rather leave no review than a bad one... unless they were absolutely horrendous

Another peeve of mine. I send a video clip to some guy on YouTube and then they spaltter their watermark all over it. That really gets my goat up.....
Another 1 and this is a biggy for me.
These bloody so called " Auditors " who sit outside a Police Station or somewhere important and a Police officer or security guard comes out and takes the bait. These bloody auditors need banning from YouTube as they just piss me off big time.
I have a lot more. They are for another day lol.

People who think car indicators are a decoration and don't use them. I've driven around 200 miles today, most of it on motorways, and I was appalled how many drivers don't use them when changing lanes.
