When my phone battery is completely drained within 2 hours. This happens when I continuously use it to watch yt vids. It's okay when I do nothing..but still kinda annoyingggg... or when I am in the middle of doing something and it's the notification of 1% is up or shuts down when I'm about to do something.
I was trying to set-up a phone for smart home apps, and this is a phone that was made in 2023 with USB-C and from a pretty popular manufacturer too (Nokia C200)
It was absolutely dismal! Everything was slow. The battery was even dying at 1% a minute while I was trying to set it up, and somehow took over 10 hours to go from 20-100% over a USB-C PD charger (I've had microUSB phones charge faster than this lmao). This thing has a notch, AC wifi, a cool looking camera, and Android 12, but just outright sucks because someone decided to pair it with a stupidly-slow quad-core CPU and only 3GB of RAM on-top of their own malware that I had to slowly disable. I guess it's better than absolutely nothing and to be fair it was free, but there's a high patience requirement
My peeve is with OEMs making these POS devices that just end up in landfills sooner than needed, and that's where that phone would be headed too if had something else to handle Google and other app's mess. My main phone is OnePlus 6 with 8GB RAM but I willing run LineageOS without google apps and have app privacy nailed too good to be trying to ruin that with spyware.
I had seriously hoped this wouldn't be a thing still when I switched to iPhone a few years ago, and iOS was perfect! It was just boring with how good the experience was though and I missed messing with custom ROMs on Android. I was sold on the OP6 when I heard it supported LineageOS, pmOS, Ubuntu Touch, and even native Windows 10 and 11 ARM to some extent

I'm not very tech savy sorry Espio. I think it's possible you could recycle these devices after the data has been wiped. Cuz I know they offer it here atleast + in uni I remember some guy was coming asking for mobile phones to recycle so could be.
The thing I like about the iphone is the security. I feel there is alot of gatekeeping if that is the right word? Yea good for the company they are making alot of money. This is where the samsung phone prevails. I can plug in any headphone..scratch that let's just say earpiece.. and there's more apps. Both have certain advantages.

The thing I like about the iphone is the security. I feel there is alot of gatekeeping if that is the right word? Yea good for the company they are making alot of money. This is where the samsung phone prevails. I can plug in any headphone..scratch that let's just say earpiece.. and there's more apps. Both have certain advantages.

Ikr! I wish there was more choice of cover for non iphones. I was in a Swarovski shop ( they make amazing ornaments and jewellery from glass ) and they had covers set with crystals. They were beautiful but only for iphones.
Its probably just as well because I'd have been tempted to buy one and they were rather expensive.
Another peeve is high shelves in supermarkets..we're not all 6 feet tall!
On the theme of being tall...clothes that only come in one length ....long!
