Manchester City fans grasping at straws in their attempts to defend their club from criticism. They are the main reason I don't bother with English football anymore.

Only rumours are chinese clubs, one of which being Jiangsu Suning, whose owners holds a majority stake in Inter Milan. Though reportedly they aren't too keen on paying a huge transfer fee to Real Madrid after the 100% tax on foreign players was introduced in China.

If rumours are to be believed, they're offering him 1m a week to play in China....How can he really say no?

The whole Bale situation is getting as boring as the Pogba 1.



We're very close to confirming the signing of David Trezeguet apparently, Egyptian fella, heard of before, mainly because of his name though and checking on how Elmo does for Egypt.

Wish the season would hurry up.

Paying Bale £1m a week is absurd. On his day, he's absolutely class and it is truly a shame how he's treated at Real. But as you mentioned, it is getting boring now. In all honesty, I don't see anything coming of it.

Ha, in terms of the Trezeguet fella' - If he's half the player of David Trezeguet, you'll have a class player in that already decent Villa side!

In terms of my team, Leeds, the highlight of our summer was signing Helder Costa. I believe that's as good as it's going to get sadly.
