Bought my girlfriend a cookbook she really wanted, and today she used it! She baked some homemade miso biscuits, with a miso butter topping. They were to die for, and I've already eaten 3 of them. Don't think the leftover ones will last long lol.

Home made biscuits are delicious, especially warm out of the oven. I made some ginger ones yesterday that were really nice.


It`s good fun trying out new recipes, but my husband does complain as he says he then ends up eating too much. !

It was thick fog here too until about mid-morning.
I live in the country so walking the dogs was seriously creepy, especially in the woodland where you could barely see anything through the trees.
