We went to this one place and people had put their dog poo in bags and then just left the bags there. Also people who just didn't pick it up of course.

I found the tiny rural roads super scary. You're right, people don't seem to have much awareness there. I thought we were going to be hit a few times, and couldn't watch. I admit I kept my head down for the majority of that trip lol
People whipping around corners when it's 1 car at a time. Lol nope.

big increase in these sort since lock down as they've been coming out for the daily walk round nearby wood/reservoirs.
What really gets me is the ones who scoop the dog poop in a bag carry it round with them then leave it by the gateway either on the wall on hooked on to the bush.
or the ones who have had the kids make please don't litter posters and then stuck them up in plastic wallets which have subsequently blown all over and the parents unsurprisingly haven't picked them up. Absolute ...

Lots of horrible people seem to have come crawling out of the wordwork lately. Hope they mention this fact when they write the history books about 2020.
