As dumb as it may sound, I do 2-4 hours of walking at my desk when I am in-office. At home, I don't take a lunch and do ~10-15 minutes of active cleaning a day. Weekends are usually somewhat active.

Husband just got on first shift so we are developing a workout plan together yay!
And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

I enjoy hula hooping. Could hula hoop for hours IF there was something nice on the television. I highly recommend it to everyone. It can be fun.

Oh yea, I hate exercise..but in order to maintain my physique the hula hoop does the job. Treadmill? Nah. After 5 minutes I'm so bored so I can't deal with that.

Back when I was 11 I did use a cheap plastic one filled with water. This isn't effective. Get a weighed hula hoop and not the one with the bumps because those are uncomfortable.

I do very little these days due to arthritis and being way too lazy lol.

I do some daily neck and back stretching as that does help me a lot. I now have a Yoga ball for the back stretching as it was recommended by a friend.

In my younger days I used to do 16-20 hours per week at the local gym. These days I can't do anywhere near that. I do miss the gym though.

Used to play Squash, badminton, tread mill, rowing machine, 5 a side football, weightlifting, circuits around the gym and lots of other things. I miss them all. Also jogged there and back which was 2 miles there and you guessed it right 2 miles back home. I have problems even walking now to the local shop less then 1/4 mile away.

I blame all of these issues on horse riding and falling off a horse many years back and nealry breaking my back. I got lucky. Well sort of now I just have the arthritis to put up with.

I do miss my workouts. ;)

I jog 2x /week, do press-ups 2x /week, sit-ups 1x /week, and just eat healthy throughout.

That's worked for me. I don't keep to a schedule, if I miss a day it's no biggy (since my activity level is already low, my body doesn't notice). Diet is the biggest thing I have found, you can get away with minimal effort if you've got that squared away. Could I exercise more? sure. Do I want to? no. As long as I can pass the annual fitness test, extra 'work' is just for fun / sport.
