I run anywhere between two to three miles, 3x to 4x a week and within those days, one day I’ll do a full body workout, the next, upper, then core, then lower, or alternate, or I’ll take a rest day from any weight/resistance training and take my dog on a run with me. If I don’t run, then I’ll swim at one of my local gyms.

I swim laps for an hour couple times a week and walk the dog outside everyday as well.

It’s finally getting a little bit cooler here in Texas, so I can start jogging outside again.

I've been focusing on strength training. I need to get back into cardio, and diet for more optimal gains.

I've noticed a big increase in my strength, and arms in just a few months of going to the gym.
