I have no routine. I simply exercise daily and do whatever I feel like doing which includes working all muscle groups. So, full body workouts, but nothing particular.

, it's a thing. Think about how our ancestors would have been doing things in order to survive; they didn't have routines for fitness. They hunted and farmed and fought in any which way in any given day and used their whole body whenever and for whatever.
