lemme know if u went to the chiro tuffty. It could be he went already in the past we don’t know…the other option is
physiotherapy

exercise is good for arthritis I encourage it and don’t take it the wrong way

thats the logical thing to do entirely, and just leave out chiro entirely because yeah its useless :L but physiotherapy on other hand actually helps.

however just got back from gym was pull session.

I've always been mostly into cardio. When taking my lunch break at work (from home) I've been hopping on the elliptical for an hour and "running" about 7 miles a day. I've lost about 25lbs since October!

For last 2 weeks I've been trying new excercise with a Yoga ball.

It's big and the first time I used it it hurt like hell. Now O'm used to it and having stretched my back it seems to be helping.

I've been using this video which I found helped me a lot.

Also used this 1 as this 2 helped me a lot.

Since starting I've felt much more nimble and able to do a little more during the day. The issue I have though is my poor left hip. Thats just not right lol.

I'm not giving up thats for sure. I'm enjoying this. Most fun I've had for a while. Even my Dog Pepper wants in on it.... She just sees the big ball lol.

Well, since breaking my right wrist on 31st December 2022, I have regained my strength, although lost about 20%-25% mobility in my right hand. Now I row 3 times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

In those days I row 4 intervals, each interval in 8 minutes with three 3-minute breaks between each interval. The first interval I row up to 2,000 meters, then 1950, then 1900 and lastly I manage about 1850 meters in 8 minutes. My stroke/minute is 25-26 but since it's HIIT the very last minute in each interval I row +30 strokes/minute.

In just 41 minutes I row about 7,700 meters.
