I'm making some more Bacon, Egg and Cheese Quiche again. But adding broccoli as I like it a lot.

This time I hope to have no soggy bottom as I blind baked them.



Looks cooked this time. Little darker then planned as I gave it a further 5 mins over the time.


Also I'm making some vanilla slice's. I've not made these for years. This should be fun.

First I've ever made and I'm not sure I will make them again to the same recipe and it wasn't the best looking lol.

I need to look for a better recipe. :P
