Here is the picture of the home made Lasagne I made. Easy 6 portions there.
It was yummy and still have some left for tea tonight. Have it with a few home made wedges.
Nice
gosh you are good cooking for one. When it's just me I do one pot type meals to save on dishes. Usually adding a already made green salad which I may add egg, tomato, spring onions too. 2 minute noodles chock-a-block with veggies and meat. Or chicken piece in oven with chips and salad. Or frozen fish fillet, salad sandwich.
He loves Chocolate Crunch that I make. He can't make it this good.
Bad news is I ran out of white sugar so had to sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on top. It's still nice to eat. Just has a slightly different taste to white sugar. I think it's better anyway.
I love making this. So easy and done in 30 mins from start to finish. That includes the washing up after.
Rising wholemeal dough at the moment, then going to make pizza bread, cool it and freeze it in pizza chunk sizes for kids lunches; should make 8 decent sizes. Hopefully it freezes well; I've been meaning to do this for a while, if it goes well I will try and do it regularly.

Looks good! I might bake this instead of biscuits for my boys lunches.
