For lunch I'll be having a roast chicken breast cooked in tin foil with few herbs and spices like Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Worcestershire sauce that no one can say. Plus New York Bufflo Spice and Lemon juice. Cooked for about 30 mins at 180c.
Once cooked keep it in the foil till cold. Dice up and add to some shop bought coleslaw. Then make it into sandwich spread and eat.

I cooked a hoki fillet and eggs in my Sunbeam griller. Its really just meant to be a cheese toaster but I use it to cook all sorts of stuff.
I had a Gorge foreman I think it was called once, it was great.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!

I have a friend who had a George Foreman Griller and it was great because it drained all the oil away. The one I have is just really a cheese toastie sandwich maker but it has high sides on it so I cook all sorts of food in it like steak or scrambled eggs etc.
Made the boys home made donuts and coated them in homemade cinnamon sugar for afternoon tea yesterday.
Last nights rice dinner looked like something out of a restaurant, I was really quite impressed. Didn't taste to bad either, kids loved it.
^No, the ones with holes in the middle like at fish and chip shops. I've never made them before, not sure if I will again as they aren't healthy, just a very seldom treat.
Finally made chocolate apple cake yesterday late afternoon, so we had a slice of it with homemade custard over the top after dinner last night, very yummy.
We had homemade pizza bread for lunch today with ham and pineapple topping, I also made the pizza bread with half wholemeal flour which I have never done before and it was tasty. Since lockdown I'm making pizza bread near every day and I just wanted the base to be a bit more healthy. Sometimes I put baby spinach in the pizza sauce
Tonight for dinner we are having crumbed schnitzel, steamed veggies and homemade potato wedges.
