I now have everything to make a nice lemon meringue pie.
I've not made 1 of these since I was in School decades ago.
I can't wait to make this and eat it. It's a test run for Friday when I make 1 for my Brother and 1 for my Sister.

It was very nice. Just think I over did the lemon juice. I can still taste it many hours later lol.

Today I'm making for the first time in 30+ years a nice home made Lasagne.
I can't wait.
Won't be adding a mushrooms. I can't stand them lol.
