I ended up doing my version of rice risotto for tea last night with steak and steamed veggies.
I took meat out for tea tonight, not sure if it's steak, lame or pork, it looks lighter so I'm presuming it's pork; I will decide what to cook depending on what the meat is.
I also baked a banana cake same time as dinner last night and we had a slice with home made chocolate custard for pudding last night. I made the custard with eggs, butter, milk, flour, vanilla extract and Coco, it was rather tasty, it had a mousse texture. The other night threw out the packet custard as it expired March just gone.
I also made Edmonds cookbook peanut brownies yesterday; my childhood/teen favourite.
I've also made the dough for pizza bread for lunch today.
~one thing lockdown dose, it gets you motivated in baking; well with me
This isn't food but there's another storm system that's cooking in the gulf of Mexico and is headed to Louisiana, and there's another hurricane off the coast of Africa that's headed this way as well.
Also if this comment is against the rules or is off topic/unrelated I want to apologize to the mods in advance
ummm as for food though, nothing is cooking right now because it's midnight :/

Was going to cook meatballs, with a onion gravy, mash spuds and steamed veggies last night; ordered pizza in instead
we thoroughly enjoyed it. With the pizza we got a coke in the deal, so for pudding I made us spider drinks (coke and ice-cream together)
So for tea tonight will do the meatballs with onion gravy, mash potatoes and steamed veggies

I'm going to have a go at guacamole again, but I'm not very good at it.
There are lots of different recipes online; if you want s kiwi one just write NZ next to the recipe your after.
My kids loved the meatballs, onion gravy, mashed spud and veggies; I'm so pleased they aren't too fussy. We had hokey pokey ice-cream after.
