You do know that these are probably the most mainstream anime out there?
what does it matter if someone watches 'mainstream' anime or reads the manga. i wasn't introduced to any of this until i was 14 and my first manga was hikaru no go. even back then naruto, and one piece were some of the first ones i started to read. (bleach wasn't for another year or so) every now and again i try out other mangas but for the most part i only stick to three because if i tried keeping up with more than that, well lets just say it wouldn't work well for me. lol

I like to encourage the watching/reading of other anime/manga, you know, actual good stuff.
not everyone grew up with the kind of anime/manga that you and others know and love. i was introduced to shonen jump at the age of 14. so whatever manga i read it came from there. i'm sorry i wasn't brought up to read the 'old' anime/mangas. that's like bashing people for liking mainstream music... or mainstream anything for that matter. i have a friend who only listens to underground rap because he believes that mainstream rap is complete and utter ****. i somewhat agree with him, but than again he doesn't go around bashing other people for liking mainstream rap. this is an anime thread, therefore anyone has the right to talk about any anime they want to talk about. i do understand that some people can be obnoxious, but i assure you i'm nothing like that.. i'm not even a big fan of naruto or bleach. i love one piece and that's about it. lol i just keep up to date with naruto and bleach.
