Yeah, pretty similar to Clannad. All of Key's stuff is fundamentally similar and shares the same writing staff. The biggest departure from Clannad, and indeed all the Key works that came prior, is the fact that the main character no longer has that snarky, sarcastic attitude. Since LB is about friends the male cast is alot higher, so they spread that around alot more evenly.

And yep, Refrain is the 'After Story' of Little Busters, both in that its the last scenario that unlocks once you've cleared all of the others and in the fact that it turns up heartache a few hundred more notches. Refrain (the season) wont be entirely Refrain (the scenario) though, and thank god for that because the slow pace of Clannad: AS nearly killed me. If I'm reading this right it will be Yuiko's route, then Rin's, then Refrain as the finale.

They basically cant do it any other way. Yui-chan's (its a reference) would have been to mind-screwy anytime earlier in the series, and Rin's needs to precede Refrain in order for it to make sense.

@Earnshaw30: I'll take your word for it. :)

I'm a little over halfway through Blue Exorcist now (I should be finishing it up later tonight). It's an alright series (sort of like a mix of K**kaishi, D.Gray-man, Demon King Daimao, and Soul Eater if that makes sense). Not the best series I've ever seen, but definitely worth giving a shot if someone has time to kill.

Does it really matter, the rhetorical question was for the troll anyways. Maybe for him to at least give a reason why soul eater sucks.
