I'd say thats debatable. What it really comes down to is how good a person is at separating fiction and reality and recognizing the differences in moral boundaries between the two. It's completely possible for someone to be more of a lolicon and yet be less of a ****.
But yep, rule #34 is very much in effect, and the result of that is actually rather funny. The result in question is that the Lyrical Nanoha has become a poster child for Yuri, despite the fact that its not a yuri nor is it ever out rightly stated that theres any intentions like that, and the fact that the series sources its origins from a ero-VN which paired Nanoha up with Chrono (male) <---fun little bit of trivia.
Course, thats the origin story. The amount of hetero love interests has gotten lower and *wink wink nudge nudge* has gotten higher the longer the franchise goes on, so by this point (4th tier) theres more g4y female characters than straight ones.
