I think they have some episodes on YT, but I know there's some websites out there that have the japanese Sailor Moon if you look hard enough, but yeah, some major differences are how later in the series, they introduce cross dressing sailor scouts which is why Toonami awhile back cancelled it, that, and if you watched Sailor Moon where Sailor Venus and Neptune are introduced? They're actually a couple in the japanese version while in the U.S. version they decided to make them cousins XD There's also some other minor edits like with Jadeite (or Jedite), he was originally a guy in the japanese one, but the american version turned him into a girl for some reason, guess it was because he looked too much like a girl XD

My # 1 Favorite anime series has to be Neon Geon Evangelion. Why? It's short, The music is down right awesome, and... It has robots! ( In a way ) A must watch series for anime fans. However the ending is strange ( due to budget cuts ) But there's a movie ending which you should also watch.

Best anime episode I saw last week has to be Steins;Gate ep. 16. I love this show, might buy it if it is released in the US or the UK.
Other than that I seem to be a big fan of slice-of-life shows, I think the last Ikoku Meiro no Croisée, Natsume Yuujinchou San and Usagi Drop (despite reading the manga) were great. Hanasaku Iroha is also still enjoyable.
I don't like Kamisama Dolls very much, the story is a bit weird and it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I also dislike the main girls Hibino and Utao.
And Blood-C... after 3 half boring, half interesting episodes I think I'll skip the first half of every episode from now on. :P
No.6 episode 3 on the other hand was very interesting, I like the sci-fi setting and the mysterious deaths involving bees. There were the first signs of BL in this episode though, so I'm hoping it won't be a big part of this series, I'm not into those anime. Up to this point the best Summer anime to me.
My guilty pleasure of this season (or anime I like which I know is bad) is Mayo Chiki. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, but still I seem to like this. :P
I ordered two manga series today, the second half (9-14) of Chibi Vampire and all of Genshiken (1-9 + "Guidebook" ). Also the new FMA 25. Now I have to wait two weeks for the package *sigh*. Oh well it saves me €26 shipping costs. I already pay enough shipping on all those EMS packages from Japan. >.<

I'm sorry, as an anime fan it seems I just passed the Elitist stage and entered the Tsundere stage.
According to a certain blog there are 5 stages of an anime fan and I must say they are totally right in my case.
The tsundere stage basically means this:
_____________________
"I’m only watching this because it’s terrible. It’s just laughably bad. I don’t enjoy any of this. Every minute I spend watching this trash is making my IQ go down. I’m just watching this so I know what I’m talking about when I chew this show out later on my blog. I don’t think any of this is actually funny. I don’t like any of these characters at all. Nope. Not me. I’m too classy for that. *snort* Oh Natsuru, you’re so silly. *cough* I mean, one-dimensional and shallow. God, you’re such a waste of animated organic matter.
…I’m not enjoying myself, am I…?"
______________________
Yeah that sounds exactly like my previous post. Maybe one of these days I'll be honest with myself and move on to the last stage: Acceptance. :P
But at this moment it's a show in which in the first episode the main male character
-trips,
-falls over on a guy,
-his clothes rip off magically,
-oh no! It's actually a girl!
-his hand lands on an awkward place.
I just can't call that a good show (yet? ;) ).
As for Baka to Test, I'm enjoying it very much as well, but considering the first two episodes are a beach episode and a trap beauty contest I can't call it a good show either. But good doesn't always equal enjoyment.

Well if I had to evaluate what kind of fan I am of Anime, I'd say I am more on the 'casual' side but slightly leaning over to the side where I may say out loud around my friends "Aaarh... I have one too many dimensions :( ". In fact, on my MAL, most of the series I listed as completed on there I've rated 8+/10. I'm not really a 'critic' about what I watch; if I find something interesting, then I think it's good.
Literally most of the Anime I watch is the slice of life/romance comedies, so in Mayo Chiki! I already knew that kind of buildup was gonna happen. Is it getting tiring for me knowing the main character is all "O_O OMG" when it happens? Not really. Because I am a huge 'fan' of silly events like that, I find it interesting.
Baka/Test S2 I enjoy greatly because of the elements it has like use of comedy, characters, and the voices behind those characters. I am aware that right now after two episodes (raws for episode 3 are out, not subbed yet at this time), it's kind of getting out of track in terms of the story... like the series was started out with fillers. For me, I don't think that's a huge problem because in my opinion, the above reasons outweigh the fillers. Also, since Baka/Test S2 is a 12 episode Anime, filler arcs aren't going to be terribly long; at most two episodes for an arc.
Above all, I watch Anime mainly to laugh. How Anime gets me to laugh is if it's interesting or not ;)

I admire your point of view and I wish I could also just enjoy things without having to take into account if it's considered "good" by others. But at the moment I can't just yet and it will take a while for me to reach the final stage of acceptance.
This may sound stupid, but I know there are many fans out there who think like me, they have to like stuff others like and hate the stuff others hate. To end with a quote from the same blog which I think is great:
"Everyone’s got a weakness, something that drives them to watch a show no matter how derivative, shallow, mass-produced, and budget-cutting it is. And how much you compare your taste to others is really a measure of how well you can own up to this fact. Because if you know what you enjoy, and you can proudly enjoy it, it shouldn’t really matter what anyone else watches, because they should do the same. That’s what being an anime fan is."
