All i know about it was that the manga was discontinued as of this month due to bill 156. I just read the summary of it on wiki, and i an see why, that dosent sound messed up at all...
But anyways, Yay, 21st, the first Higurasi Kira is released today.

That's quite a lot! Let's see, there are 35 Bleach volumes, 51 Naruto volumes and 54 One Piece volumes.
I have 8 Bleach volumes, I might continue that one day but I have so many series that I'd like to try or continue reading...

sorry for the late response, isn't that their third attempt on the law?
and considering how long it took for someone to respond I went ahead and look at it anyway, it was pretty odd, it has no depth in the story (or the very least not the kind you want to think about)
the greatest social taboo in human society: in-cest (damn it I can't say it without censored out)

Second, the first draft didn't pass but the revised second one did. That was at the start of the year, though the bill only came into force (started to be applied) at the start of this month.
EDIT: Among other things, if what i read on wiki is true :P

this law won't last for too long considering that it's still too vague on the term obscenity
not to mention a lot of shonen titles have the stuff they're referring to (to varying degrees) "All men are jealous and stupid, and all women are stupid to be happy about it, idiots are everywhere you look…"

If you scroll back about 100 pages, you can actually find my breakdown of the individual tennets of the law. To lazy to look for it at the moment, but the overall scope of the law seemed pretty solid as to what it was describing, even if it didn't seem like it to the untrained eye.
I cant really think of any shonen titles that would be restricted under the act save for maybe (hard to say having never seen it) Seikon no Quaser. Which other title do you think would fall under it (remember, bill 156 has no effect on violent content, thats another bill).
