Well, we're screwed. Tokyo just passed that 'amended youth ordinance' bill i as talking about the other day.
Now it all just comes down to how heavy an emphasis they place on terms like 'artistic merit' and 'glorification'. With any luck, the terms will be held in lax regard so that the bannable themes can still be utilized under certain conditions.
As an example, alot of people on ANN are saying how this seasons controversial anime Yosuga No Sora will ikley be on the chopping block due to its inter-bloodline relationships.
Having watched episode 11 last night, i can only summarize the content as "well...were pretty screwed now aren't we". It seems like its all gonna fall apart for Sora and Haruka next episode, so would one consider it "glorification" when its casting the end result in a negative manner?
On the subject of artistic merit, one can also argue that the storyline exists to explore a generally uncharted area of the human element.
The scope of bill is vague, which is probably whats causing alot of the sensationalistic controversy. But in vagueness is scope to move and to argue back on the various exceptions, we just have to hope that publishers aren't to intimidated and will actually have a crack at it.

Ya'know, off all the URL's you could have posted, that's is probably one of the least age friendly possible, better remove it. I should also point out that of the anime you listed, technically none of them will be affected because the bill wont come into force until halfway through next year.
Assuming it would however, i think you would find that if the tenets of the bill are applied using the "reasonable person" concept, most of those are quite safe.
The operative word in the legislation, at least as far as determining what will and will not be allowed, is 'glorifies', meaning that the subject in question has to be cast in a positive light or a something that one would seek.
Glorify
1. To give glory, honor, or high praise to; exalt.
2. To cause to be or seem more glorious or excellent than is actually the case: Your descriptions have glorified an average house into a mansion.
3. To give glory to, especially through worship.

I cant speak for Sora no Otoshimono, and i only saw one episode of Milky Holmes (didnt find anything i would ban under the bill. The ED sequence is questionable, but ts just bait for existing lolicons, not glorifying the practice).
As for the others, i cant say there's anything particularly glorifying there either. OreImo may get a little flak for promoting the sale of H games to 14 year olds, but thats not what your reffering to is it? Personally, i dont think Kirino X Kyosuke is sufficiently positively promoted in the anime (Probably caused by a lack of dere in the mix IMO)to warrant sanction under the act.
My thoughts on Yosuga No Sora are documented above. Haru X Sora seems like its going to have a negative result, so hardly is it a case of being glorified.
***** and stocking, i cant tell what would be an illegal ****** act there, uless you assume ***** is underaged of course. Given the art style, its hard to say. Most other characters appear highschool aged though, so im divided.

I still dont think the bill needs to exist seeing as there is already the requirement for the control of sales on hardcore H material, but if applied properly to a reasonable standard, the bill inst so bad when analyzed.
This all assumes that he bill will be applied with integrity and without prejudice and bias. Given the opinions on the politicians that im hearing however, im not so sure it will happen.
In closing, i want to say: Dont trust everything people are saying concerning the bill because very few of them have even looked at a bill/act from their own cou8ntry, let alone are qualified to interpret what they are reading.

Well i dunno if i would call it the best, but its still pretty darn good. I have the first season on DVD.
What mystifies me most about it is why people like it, since ye old economics 101 is a pretty strange idea for an anime. I mean, i can understand where at least half of the fans come from ( the people who are just hanging out waiting for holo to take her clothes off again) but as for the other half...
I must say though, this anime had some great reviewer quotes when it was released. These are some of my favorites.
"Why is a show which is basically Ye old economics 101 with bitchy moe girlfriend popular?"
"This show is like watching a guy haggle the price of dry goods at the Oregon trail general store with his bitchy girlfriend"
and
"a slightly overaggressive, wears the pants in the relationship furry girl"
Best ANN podcast ever.

At least this new Bill can't do any harm to anything that's airing now because I understand it won't take effect till June or July next year?
Really is suckie though how they pretty much have the right to ban anything with violence or virtual illegal activities. That's probably over half the anime ever made. I don't think this will be used to ban everything though but it'd really suck with politicians having the right to control peoples ideas...
Thinking about it though by them being able to ban things with virtual crime, I think that won't be a problem for shows with violence like Bleach. Sure people may get killed in it but the killing is sort of done justly and not in a way that it promotes killing as being right. So as long as the ends is right I think they won't have that much of a problem with how its accomplished. Like Shinigami's in Bleach killing with the purpose of maintaining peace and order.
Then if the ends of what "good" people are doing is alright I think they'd get away with "bad" people doing illegal things because of the way there portrayed as being the "bad" people.

I really will be interesting as to what happens with this once this all takes effect though.

I love watching depressing animes and crap like that, and refrained from posting titles of because I felt like no one here were "anime addicted" like me. I like to spend a lot of my free time watching random animes, no matter what genre it is.
Since someone actually posted about the Tokyo Bill, it gave me some insight on who visits the thread. Regarding the bill, it's targeted towards ecchi/mature animes. It's suppose to prevent distribution of it towards under-aged audiences if I remember correctly. There has been a lot going on about this in anime forums. I heard they'll accept those content if it is actually plot-contributing, and not just for fanservice.
Has anyone here watched "Bokurano"?
I have and it was sure damn, depressing. The character developments, reasoning of the 'children' and their troubling personalities made it an extremely power piece. It has a manga counterpart which the themes, and plot are developed even better. I'd recommend it for people who love psychological animes. But be prepared to have your soul twisted.
Also is anyone looking forward the Winter Anime 2011?
Some caught my attention, but most of them seem rather... bleak.
I plan to give these a try:
GOSICK
Fractacle
IS: Infinite Stratos
Beelzebub
Kore Wa Zombie Desu?
Houro Musuko
