mhhhmmmm, if it was just full metal alchemist i would say go with full metal alchemist brotherhood. that fate/zero and baccano are all really good action ones. if you wanted a plot similar to deathnotes then i would have to say code geass. or for ones barley similar to any on that list got with welcome to the NHK! or xxxHolic (misleading name, don't get the wrond idea of what it's about)
