Citrus has me on board for right now. Haven't read the manga so I'm literally going in blind.
Pop Team Epic is just hilarious.
Ms. Koizumi Loves Ramen Noodles is great. I make my own ramen from scratch (noodles and everything), so it's nice to see a anime centered around ramen.

Just finished watching Tokyo Ghoul Root A. I'm dying for Tokyo Ghoul: Re now. I wasn't expecting Tokyo Ghoul to get me so emotionally attached to creatures that eat humans, and the humans they are eating, simultaneously even.
In the meantime, I want to watch A Silent Voice. It makes me think of Your Name (Kimi no Na wa). Your Name was directed by Makoto Shinkai, who also wrote and directed 5 Centimeters Per Second, and the parallels are quite apparent. I feel like Your Name was a better version of 5Cmps, which made me happy because I felt very dissatisfied with 5Cmps, and I think Shinkai was too, tbh.
Here, I'll give you this strawberry if you keep it a secret!
Hello from Japan (again). Anyone want me to ick them up some dirty, borderline illegal smut? Btw, anime is great for showing characters isiting Kiyomizudera, never show the huge-ass hill you gotta walk up to get there...

I'd like to go to Japan for a few weeks in November but I'm not sure what my itinerary would look like. Tea season would be long over so touring a plantation in Shizuoka or Kyoto might be impossible, and I still need to research historical and cultural sites of potential interest. I do know for certain that I want to tour a sake or shochu distillery and travel somewhere slightly off the beaten path. Maybe Kagoshima?
