Patreon has recently done a 180° on their free speech bit and removed a few, what they deem, right-leaning creator accounts. Most notably Sargon of Akkad, not even a conservative, but a centrist, among others. Just do a short google on Patreon and SubscribeStar and you'll get all the info you need.

They give bs reasons for removing him, and others, too.

And for those who say they can just use another crowdfunding platform, Patreon, along with PayPal are rumored to have colluded to shut down the only viable alternative to Patreon, SubscribeStar by blocking payment options to SubscribeStar, who now are seeking other payment options not offered by PayPal. This is something the tech lawyer YouTuber Law will (or already has) file a formal Antitrust Violation complaint to the FTC.

The backlash against Patreon, where many conservative, centrists, and center-left content creators have either closed their Patreon accounts, or simply been removed by Patreon themselves, has made Patreon worse off, and made them look like the villain in this story.

And of course, the leftist media is portraying SubscribeStar, a Russian (*gasp*) founder, because we all know everything Russian is baa-aaaa-aaa-ahhhd, as this far-right plug for the Alt-Right. A bs story if I ever saw one. He's just a businessman and front-end developer that saw a business opportunity in the U.S.

Personally, I think that this is all gonna bite Patreon and their colluders in the ass as people see them for their disingenuous ploy they've pulled because of a political agenda. Or they might not, and change back and get their content creators back. But from what I've seen, the cat is out of the bag, and people have already started to turn their backs to Patreon.

In my understanding, a culture is shaped by two factors

1. Religion
2. Way of life

These two factors walk hand-in-hand in any culture. Religion is a product of the way of life a culture live (what people in a culture think is right and wrong). Once a religion is created, it'll be passed down to younger generations to live and believe in.

What one culture does may be offensive to another culture. There is no right or wrong culture.

If you think the human race is in its advanced stage, you are wrong. We are just in the stage of merging where cultures come together through economy. Why?

When a culture already have the basic needs required to survive, they will look for pleasure and new things to enrich themselves. In other words, they want to have more and they want to explore.

When two culture explore the small planet we live on, they collide. Their belief system will offend each other in one way or another. And, they will have to learn to tolerate each other for the better thing that is trade.

This merging process will take a very long time. It will only complete when in the minds of human, the only culture is the way of the human race. What benefit the human race and what not. When religions are kicked out of the picture and no longer exist.

Censorship is rampant in the United Kingdom, obviously Jagex were going to react in that manner. Especially since there is a recent push from the government to actually try to get social media banned (since they can't control it).

I am also shocked that anyone took interest in RuneScape news too. Since you rarely hear anything about it.

Also if I were a developer, I would never ever work with Valve.
