Even with the mask issue dropped I still wear my mask.

For some odd strange reason I just feel safer wearing 1 then not.

So for the foreseable future my mask will be worn in every shop. Well until I feel it's the right time to not wear 1. Not the Government. ME lol.

Countries like Japan have been wearing masks for 100+ years well before Covid and people thought they were mad or something. Now we need to learn from this and carry on wearing them.

After all it will cut down on Flu and Colds.

The only thing that could cause issues with wearing 1 a lot is our immune system not being as strong as it should be because were not breathing in things we can fight off. My need more research.

My mask rules. ;)

Indeed they wear them out if curtesy to others to not spread illness. Whether its a cold or flu etc. Just decent thing to do.

Around these parts, more than half the population got Covid-19 omicron variant some time or another, and now people have more or less just forgot about it and all the good advice on sanitation and 2 meters distance keeping. I kind of hoped that people would still sanitize their hands and wear masks while shopping or being at other dense populated places, but now people don't seem to care about it.

I'm afraid that history will repeat itself but next time it will be an even more deadly virus, and there are plenty to choose from around the world, Ebola being one that comes to mind.

Last night I went to a meeting in the village hall about a proposed development of a holiday park just 2 miles away from where I live. Very few people wore masks ( me and hubby were among the few who did ). They had all the windows open along the side wall but they were only open a little bit. The doors on the opposite side were open as well as the main door into the hall but I couldn't feel an air flow. :( My mask stayed on except for when I asked a question.

After. The article says Covid may cause changes to the brain.
"Even after a mild infection, the overall size of the brain had shrunk slightly, with less grey matter in the parts related to smell and memory."

It makes sense that changes happened to the brain.

After I had what I suspect was Covid, one of the most notable changes was the fact that I actually like drinking water after 20 years of hating it lol
