One of my mates had recently asked me, “Why is it that in Israel, 60% of the patients in ICU are vaccinated?”
This is something called the vaccine paradox.
Basically, when there’s a high vaccination rate, you’re more likely to see more vaccinated people in hospitals, which is logical.
By logic, when the 100% of the population is vaccinated, 100% of the people in hospitals will be vaccinated.
Israel, one of the leading nations in the world in terms of vaccination rates, almost has 80% of its population vaccinated. That is why it has a large number of vaccinated patients in intensive care.
@Tenebri Yeah thats quite sad, and there are a lot of cases of anti vaccinates wanting the vaccine on their deathbeds. Sadly its all too late for a lot of them.

yeah i see on reddit loads of facebook screenshots of people being anti vax or anti mask or thinking covid is a hoax, then 8 pictures in they are in hospital, then last one is a family member saying they have passed.
The Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisations (ATAGI) has said that some Australians may need a booster shot, after they have been fully vaccinated.
The UK are going to be giving boosters to some groups of people 6 months after the 2nd jab. I'm one of them due to my age and I'll definitely accept the shot when I'm offered it.
No jab and still not dead yet. What's taking so long?
I may consider taking the vaccine if they give me a job. Blackmail is more pragmatic and forthright than having to make up a load of BS about what makes me an ideal candidate.
The age of chivalry is gone; that of sophisters, economists, and calculators has succeeded, and the glory of Europe is extinguished forever.

Not sure what your point is here?
Nobody has said you'll die if you don't get vaccinated. It's an unfortunate possibility but not a certainty, but getting vaccinated does lower your risk of serious illness, hospitalization and also contributes to the wider battle of reaching a level of herd immunity that stamps out the widespread transmission of Covid.
Otherwise, it'll continue to spread, mainly harming un-vaccinated populations, be given more room to mutate into further variants and cause further problems. The southern states of the US right now is a prime example of low rates of vaccination is leading to a high death rate per capita compared to other parts of the country.
